Curtis Summerfest Thrives Online

Three of Curtis Summerfest’s signature programs have moved online for Summer 2020, in order to maintain recommended physical distancing related to the COVID-19 pandemic while preserving Curtis’s “learn by doing” philosophy. The Summerfest Harp Colony, Sphinx Performance Academy at Curtis Summerfest (SPA), and the Young Artist Summer Program (YASP) have created robust and immersive learning experiences, including private lessons, studio and master classes, individual solo performances, musical studies classes, professional development sessions, and virtual hangouts—all online.
